Hellyers Road Slightly Peated
The Hellyers Road distillery in Tasmania creates this expression by blending its Original (unpeated) single malt with a small portion of its Peated single malt - hence "Slightly Peated". As you would expect from that name, this whisky offers up a subtle suggestion of smoke, with plenty of barley-rich notes to keep the peat from getting out of hand.
Jura 10yr Malt Scotch
This is where it all started. For us, this whisky signifies the rebirth of the Jura distillery and rebuilding of our community. So it's fitting that each bottle carries the ancient Celtic symbol for beginnings.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky
The beginning of The Glenlivet Whisky can be traced back to 1822 when the foundations of the brand were laid by George Smith. Tucked among the valleys of the Speyside, George Smith employed patience and skill into developing what is known as the ‘single malt that started it all. The distinct taste that makes The Glenlivet one of the best whiskies to have ever been created, has remain unchanged over the years and is the product of their unique lantern shaped, long necked stills. These stills help achieve a single malt that is lighter, and smoother as compared to its contemporaries. The Glenlivet 12 is one of the most closely resembling whiskies developed by founder George Smith when he was perfecting the art of producing single malt scotch whisky at his distillery in the Speyside. Its color is a bright, vibrant gold and it is enclosed within a finely crafted bottle engraved with a seal that displays The Glenlivet brand’s year of origin.
Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.
