William Lawson's Blended Scotch Whisky
This is a well-preserved 1970s bottling of William Lawson's Blended Scotch Whisky, produced over 30 years ago. The William Lawson's blend has enjoyed somewhat of a resurgence - perhaps as it has come to light that William Lawson was supposedly raised by wolves. That might just be a fabrication though. Or it might be the truth. Who knows!

Elijah Craig Bourbon
Elijah Craig was named for a reverend who lived in Virginia. He kept a warehouse where he stored barrels and one day experienced a devastating fire. He used the charred casks regardless and found they imparted a lovely character. This is a great 12 year old small batch bourbon, named in his honour.
Amrut Indian Single Malt Whisky
Single malt whiskies are the poison of choice for many a whisky lover, and for many years, Indian whisky lovers were devoid of a domestic single malt whisky brand that was delivering a product that could match up with some of the most established whisky brand around the world.
Alberta Premium Whisky
The authentic flavour of prairie rye and careful barrel ageing gives this whisky a golden amber colour and an aromatic sweet bouquet of banana, toffee, and light spice. The flavour is mellow and slightly smoky with a lively woody edge on a medium weight palate that finishes with a hint of hot cinnamon spice.
Arran Amarone Cask Finish Whiskey
After a remarkable (if understandable) proliferation of single cask bottlings with experimental and occasionally unfortunate wine finishes, Arran have plumped for a core range of just three finished malts, of which this Amarone red wine finish is the driest. Earthy and complex.
Old Parr Scotch
Rare to see a bottle of Old Parr 12yo on these shores - this deluxe blend is mostly the preserve of overseas markets.
Laphroaig 10yr Malt Scotch
Laphroaig 10yo is a full-bodied, smoky gem, with a residual sweetness and a hint of salt amid the seaweedy, peaty characters before a long warming finish. A classic dram.
