The old wood, sugar, sherry, faint wood or peat smoke fills up anyone's nose with its rich blend.
The finish is sweet, spicy and warming then bitter and dry until eventually peat makes its appearance.
The taste is of sherry, sweet and viscous, creamy mouthfeel, bitter oak tannins and char.
