An original desi cocktail recipe for those who don’t shirk away from experimenting with their drinks, the Ginger Mingler can be made at home with common ingredients found in an Indian kitchen. Pick up your favorite whisky bottle and pour 45 ml in a tumbler glass. Top it off with ginger syrup (made from boiling ginger pieces in water and sugar syrup, strained, cooled and refrigerated) and icy cold soda. Additionally, rim the glass with some rock salt or garnish with green chilies if you are up for it.

Orange Zinger
