What you will need?
  • 1 cup fresh-brewed piping hot coffee
  • 45 ml Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 15 grams heavy whipped cream
How to mix?

Fill your Irish coffee mug with hot water to preheat it. Now empty the mug and pour ¾ part with piping hot coffee and add the brown sugar. Stir till the sugar is dissolved before pouring the Jameson Irish Whiskey. Finally, top up the brew with a collar of whipped heavy cream. Serve it hot.

Hot Mentha Mess

Mexicans sure know how to celebrate, and the Mentha Mess is a hot chocolate whisky cocktail from across the seven seas. This bold cocktail mix is balanced using cocoa and cayenne. The name of the mix itself comes from Fernet Brancamenta, a bitter amaro with mint.

What you will need?
  • 175 grams hot chocolate
  • 2 pinches medium hot chili pepper/cayenne
  • 30 ml Fernet Brancamenta
  • 30 ml your favorite Bourbon whisky
  • A mint sprig and marshmallow for garnish
How to mix?

Heat the hot chocolate with water, some condensed milk and the chili pepper. Pour the mix into a mug and add the Bourbon whisky and Brancamenta. Garnish the hot fudge with mint sprig and marshmallow.

Seaside Toddy

An Irish whiskey cocktail that mixes your favorite amber drink with the earthy tones of Earl Grey tea, the Seaside Toddy is a must have for every whisky lover worth his while. There are two parts to prepping this warm whiskey cocktail.

What you will need?
  • 60 ml Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 30 ml Earl Grey tea syrup (also known as Genièvre)
    • ½ cup hot water
    • ½ cup honey
    • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 20 ml cranberry juice
  • 120 ml hot water
  • Rosemary sprig and lemon zest for garnish
How to mix?

First you will need to make the Earl Grey tea syrup. Mix the hot water and honey together, add the tea bags and steep for 5 minutes before removing them. Now mix the warm whiskey cocktail, combining the Jameson Irish Whiskey, syrup and cranberry juice. Stir well and top it up with hot water. Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon zest.

Brown Sugar

Nothing like a little brown sugar to make a warm whisky cocktail for a cozy New Year’s Eve celebration. The drink draws hints of caramel from the brown sugar, adding an extra layer of suave pleasure for your taste buds.

What you will need?
  • 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon warm water
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 60 ml your favorite Bourbon whisky
  • Orange peel/cinnamon stick for garnish
How to mix?

Add the brown sugar, bitters and water in a glass. Muddle till the sugar is dissolved. Now add the Bourbon whisky, garnish and serve your audience.

What you will need?
  • 1/3 cup apple cider
  • 1/3 cup cranberry juice
  • 60 ml Ballantine’s whisky
  • 30 ml grenadine syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon edible gold glitter
How to mix?
