You will need:

  • 1 ½ Parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ½ Parts lemon juice
  • 1 Part grapefruit juice
  • ½ Part cinnamon syrup
  • 1 Parts club soda

What to do?

Build in a bowl and add ice. Top with club soda and garnish with grapefruit, lemon slices, cracked pink peppercorn, and star anise.

Irish Winter Spiked Coffee

If it’s winter, there has to be a coffee, and if it’s coffee, it’s got to be Irish! Marrying Irish whiskey and Irish coffee gives delectable cocktails. So let’s spike our coffee with Jameson whiskey and try out this winter favourite:

You will need:

  • 3 tablespoon whiskey
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coffee liqueur
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Irish cream liqueur
  • 8 tablespoon fresh brew of coffee
  • Some whipped cream for garnishing

What to do?

If you happen to have an Irish coffee mug, nothing better, if you don’t, then take any coffee mug, preferably see-through, so that you can relish the look of this spiked drink while you savour the taste.
Warm the mug by pouring hot water and then draining it out or simply microwave it for a few seconds. Now pour Jameson whiskey, coffee liqueur and Irish cream liqueur.
