Jameson Irish whiskey – 100 ML Powdered Sugar – 90 Grams Chocolate Bar – 150 Grams Milk – 1 L Heavy Cream – 200 ML Cardamom – 4 Pods Cinnamon – 1 Stick Chocolate – Grated for garnish
Preparation of Whiskey Hot Chocolate
Heat the milk, half the heavy cream, cardamom and cinnamon in a saucepan. Keep the heat low and make sure you do not boil the mixture.
Let cool and strain the liquid into another pan. Put it on low heat, add pieces of chocolate, and whisk slowly.
Serve into coffee mugs. Whisky remaining heavy cream and garnish with a dollop on top. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top and enjoy the boozy Whiskey Hot Chocolate!

Tangy, sweet and absolutely delicious, the Kentucky Kiss is rightly named so as it would be too difficult to separate your mouth from the glass once you start drinking.
Bourbon whiskey – 60 ML Fresh Strawberries – 3 pcs Fresh lemon juice – 15 ML Honey/Maple Syrup – 15 ML Club soda to top
Preparation of Kentucky Kiss
Take 2 fresh strawberries, and slice them well. Put them in a Lowball glass, add lemon juice and honey.
Muddle the strawberries and other ingredients until a fine pulp is created.
Now add a couple of ice cubes, and pour the Bourbon over the ice.
Top the glass with club soda, and gently stir the drink for a few seconds.

Preparation of Boulevardier
Add the Rye whiskey, dark Rum and Sweet Vermouth to a cocktail shaker filled with lots of ice.
Mix the ingredients gently, but thoroughly with a bar spoon.
