Spicy Whisky Caesar
The zesty makes the heart get set for a serious flavour overload.
- 1 lemon wedge
- Celery salt
- Pinch smoked paprika (optional)
- 1¾ oz. whisky
- 4 to 5 dashes hot sauce
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 5 oz. Mott’s Clamato
- 1 lemon wheel
- 1 dill pickle spear
The ProcessTo make one cocktail, rim a highball glass with lemon wedge, then a mix of celery salt and paprika (if using). Fill the glass 3/4th with ice. Squeeze the juice from lemon wedge. Pour whisky, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Top up with Clamato. Stir to mix, then chill. Garnish with lemon wheel and pickle.
