- 1 cup flour (all-purpose)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter and some more for the pan
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 ripe peaches
