The Marque Glenfiddich 50 Up For Grabs Again
Would you like to acquire one of the most luxurious single malts in the world? Well you heard that right. The luxurious Glenfiddich 50 Year Old is out in the market again. Only a few bottles of this extremely precious and scarce indulgence can be spotted at some of the most high-end hotel properties in US.
This blend is a combination of two casks distilled in the 1950s. The first one is a 1955 whisky aged in a second fill European oak cask, while the other is a 1957 whisky aged in a second fill American oak cask. These two are then combined together for additional six months to allow the flavours to blend.
This stands as the second ever official bottling of Glenfiddich 50-year-old. There are only 500 bottles of this extraordinary whisky. Globally, these are released per a stringent allocation of 50 bottles annually for the next decade. Every bottle of this finest Single Malt is uniquely hand-crafted and painstakingly numbered in wax before the sixth-generation silversmith, Thomas Fattorini, puts his finishing touches. They are embellished with Scottish silver, sealed with a waxed engraved medallion and is kept in a hand-sewn leather box with a leather-bound book underneath and a signed certificate. So, you have a collector’s item to savour in every sense of the term.
This GlenFiddich 50-Year-Old is a brand heirloom and signifies the pinnacle years of whisky-making and a legacy of the skill and dedication from malt master, Brian Kinsman. The brand’s origin dates back to 1887 with founder William Grant initiating this pursuit of excellence. There has been no looking back since then.
