Gooderham & Worts Whisky
Blended in tiny batches of only ten barrels, this is a super-premium Canadian whisky named after the pioneering founders of one of Canada's first major distilleries. Gooderham & Worts celebrates the history behind a Toronto grist mill and distillery which first produced whisky in 1837. It closed in 1990, but at its height was producing over 2 million liters of whisky a year, which at the time was half the production in the whole of Canada. This whisky was first released in the late 90’s as part of the failed Canadian Whisky Guild Series along with Lot 40 and Pike Creek. It’s back! This bottling was distilled by Corby Distillers and production was overseen by Dr. Don Livermore. The four grains blended are corn, wheat, rye, and barley. It is bottled at 44.4% abv.

Wiser's Rye Whisky
This full-flavored rye whisky offers a rich aroma with a body that is complex and perfectly balanced. An exceptional blend of oak, toasted grains and rich toffee, with a finish that is smooth and enduring. The newest edition to One of Canada’s best-selling whisky family, J.P. Wiser’s Double Still Rye is a complex blend of corn and rye whiskies with a full and robust flavour profile. Perfectly aged, it creates a bold, yet smooth whisky that is perfect on its own or as part of your favourite whisky cocktail. In the late-1800s, John Philip Wiser, or J.P. as he was fondly known, set out in Canada at a deliberate and steady pace to build a company that was known for its quality, craftsmanship, and premium products. So began a long tradition of Canadian whisky making. J.P. Wiser's ambition was simple - to produce the highest quality whisky that pleased the eye, nose, and tongue. Using only superior ingredients, he aged his whisky to distinction in premium white oak barrels - and over 150 years later, J.P. Wiser's whisky is still made using traditional recipes to ensure that the final product lives up to the standards set out by J.P. Wiser many generations ago.

The Glenlivet Nàdurra First Fill Selection
Nàdurra, meaning “natural” in Gaelic, is The Glenlivet’s range of small-batch expressions made using traditional 19th-century techniques. The Nàdurra First Fill is drawn from casks made of American white oak which have never before been used to mature Scotch whisky. These oak casks, which distillers at The Glenlivet have favored since the early 1900s, impart hints of creamy vanilla to this wonderfully rich single malt. You’ll really taste the effects of that white oak, beautifully complemented by sweet pear, tropical pineapple, ripe banana, and citric sparkle. This is a cask-strength single malt that represents the skill of our team and the tradition of The Glenlivet. And unlike most modern whiskies, this one is non-chill filtered, so it’s very richly textured. It’s an expression that will appeal to the intrepid whisky lover.
