Matured for an initial nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the spirit is then divided for its final flourish. One half remains in the bourbon barrels, while the other is transferred to exclusive 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso sherry butts before they are reunited to create this phenomenal whisky.
Red Knight Whisky
Red Knight is a brand of Indian Blended Malt Scotch whisky, manufactured by the Indian conglomerate Khoday India Limited (KIL) and first launched in 1967. It is produced at the company's Bangalore facility. It is famous for its hourglass-shaped bottled along with the phrase "Red Knight finest blended malt whisky" stamped into the package in bold curved style. Initially, Red Knight was available only in North India. It was launched in the South Indian market in November 2007. Red Knight is also exported to overseas markets of Italy and Canada. The success of Red Knight whisky in North India is mainly because of the introduction of a smoother taste and new captivating packaging. The whisky has been blended afresh, keeping in mind the connoisseur’s taste. This vibrant packaging is also priced just perfect for the discerning whisky lover. Long before David Beckham and Haig Club, there was Dimple Haig. Launched at the end of the 19th century, it became the deluxe, sophisticated brother to the standard Haig & Haig blend, while in the US it has long been known as Dimple Pinch. Robert Brown Uruguayan Whisky
"Robert Brown was established in 1865 as a Blender and Scotch Whisky Merchant. His registered blend's of whisky were well known household names such as the 15 year old ""Four Crown's."" His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales even liked this blend of Scotch. Mr Brown had an export trade as well, shipping out large quantities to India, the Colonies and Spain. Robert Brown was sole agent for of Henry Thompson & Co.'s ""Old Irish Whiskey."" for over twenty years. This was reputed to be one of the best whiskey labels of it's time and used by Queen Victoria, the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Connaught and was supplied to the Houses of Parliament.. Crooks tried very hard to reproduce this old blend of whiskey, the labeling was very good and was passed around many of the pubs in and around Scotland, however one would know right away by the fowl taste and smell of this copy fire water."
