"Haig whisky is steeped in history since it was first distilled by John Haig in the old Cameronbridge Distillery Scotland in 1824. From these humble beginnings, Haig Whisky quickly rose to become one of the most successful and popular Scotch whiskies in the world before falling into decline some 30 years ago as it left the Haig family ownership and was passed through a series of multinational drinks companies. The distillery meanwhile went from strength to strength and now in the ownership of Diageo is one of the largest distilleries in Europe. Haig Dimple Pinch is the US version of Haig Dimple , also named after the unique shape of the bottle. Haig Pinch and Dimple are the upmarket brothers of Haig Gold blended whisky but with an age statement of 15 years and a heavier malt influence of whiskies from Glenkinchie and Linkwood. Haig Pinch was a Haig Whisky product for the American market and was bottled at the slightly higher strength of 43% ABV."
Amador Double Barrel Bourbon
Amador Whiskey Co. Double Barrel marries the best of Kentucky Bourbon with Napa Valley wine barrel finishing. Its journey began in the heart of Bourbon country, where we selected exceptional Kentucky Bourbon that came to life in new charred American oak barrels. We transported this treasure westward along the 38th parallel to California, where we finished the Bourbon with our family’s Napa Valley wine barrels. This double-barrel aging technique creates characteristics from the individual barrels that are then blended together to make exceptional Bourbon, far greater than the sum of its parts.
Black & White Blended Scotch Whisky
Black & White Blended Whisky is a classic old blend of some of the finest whiskies in Scotland, with a high proportion of quality grain whisky. None other than Dean Martin was said to be particularly fond of Black & White.
Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.
Eclat by Imperial Whisky

Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon
The mashbill for Woodford Reserve features a high percentage of rye: 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malt. Unusual also for being triple distilled and having the lowest proof upon entering the barrel where it matures for at least six years. A must have Kentucky bourbon. Makes a wonderful Old-Fashioned cocktail!
