Cardhu Malt Scotch
A smooth, beautifully structured and well-paced Speyside malt with a rich texture and a balance of sweet fruit, dark chocolate, toffee and spice. A great aperitif!
Cardhu Malt Scotch Tasting Notes
Shy and soft at first, and beautifully smooth: fresh, yet also mellow. Tinned fruit salad, with waxy red apple skins.
Tangy hints of menthol with velvety cocoa tannins and a grassy herbal note. Faint hints of almonds and apples follows a light saltiness.
Medium to light bodied, fluid and smooth in texture.
Rich amber, in sunlight becoming antique gold.
Bigger flavours and drier than the nose suggests, with its initial sweetness cut by crisp orange zest followed by a subtle mineral dryness.

W. L. Weller 107 Bourbon
A wheated bourbon with a full-bodied flavor and a balanced palette. Old Weller Antique is bottled at 107 proof, offering a complex taste and bold finish. It's certainly a recognizable member of the Weller label, with its own unique characteristics to compliment the high proof. Sweet and unusual floral notes and coupled with vanilla. The taste is very well balanced with sweet fruit notes, strong vanilla undertone and sharp spicy tones, with a cinnamon finish. 107 Proof
Bakery Hill Peated Malt
Originally made with imported UK peat, the Bakery Hill Peated Malt is now made with Australian Peat (however, it is lightly-peated in the vein of a Speyside than an Islay peat). The wash is produced in 1000L batches, then traditionally double-distilled in a copper-pot still. Bakery Hill's firm belief that caramel dulls the real flavors of the whisky stays true here, with no coloring added to the peated malt. (Note: this is not currently available in the US.)
The Singleton 12yr Malt Scotch
A straightforward, nutty and malty single malt from Speyside, the Singleton of Dufftown was released to replace the Singleton of Auchroisk. It’s aged in a high proportion of European oak casks. In 1851, Sir Edwin Landseer created an oil-on-canvas depiction of a stag in the Scottish Highlands called, "The Monarch of the Glen." An instant masterpiece, the painting was extremely popular through the 19th century. In 1919, John Dewar and Sons purchased the painting and hung it proudly. Almost a hundred years later, master blender Stephanie Macleod used the painting as inspiration for a rare and special whiskey.
