Bushmills Red Bush
Another addition to our ever expanding Bushmills collection, Bushmills Red Bush. This triple distilled single malt and Irish grain whiskey blend is the first new expression in nearly five years to come from the Old Bushmills Distillery for the domestic market. This particular expression of Bushmills has been matured in first fill Bourbon casks so lots of vanilla and buttery notes can be expected. A very approachable whiskey!
Black Bush Whiskey
Black Bush is classed as the 'deluxe' blend from Bushmills and it has a lot of loyal fans across the world. Compared to the standard blend this has more depth, richness but also some woody hints. Maybe not as smooth as the Bushmills Original but it packs a lot more flavour. This is vatted from approximately 80% malt whiskey and 20% grain whiskey some of which is aged for as long as 18 years. A very high proportion of ex-sherry casks are used for the maturation giving the whiskey its signature dark colour and some delicious flavours of dried fruits, roasted nuts and caramel toffees. This still ranks as one of the best blended whiskeys in the world!
Grain whiskey reserved for Bushmills Original is slowly matured for a minimum of five years in American oak casks before blending with Irish Single Malt whiskey to produce this original blend.
Bushmills 21 Year Old
A mix of bourbon and sherry casks matured for 19 years before the last two years are spent finishing in ex-Madeira casks, this is the top of Bushmills' regular range.
Bushmills 16 Year Old
The 16 year old Bushmills builds on the soft, smoothness of the 10 year old and adds some very nice fruity characters. The whiskey is initially aged seperately for 15 years in both bourbon and sherry casks then these are married together into port wood for around a year of extra finishing. The port wood adds some delicious flavours of red fruits, some sweetness and hints of candy and chocolate. Like all Bushmills whiskeys it is very smooth but this one has a sweeter, fruitier edge than them all.

The Bushmills 21 Year Old is a single malt Irish whiskey from Bushmills, one of the oldest distilleries in Ireland. This expression is also known as the ‘Three Wood’ whiskey due to its maturation in three different types of barrels.

Black Dog tripple gold reserve
Black Dog Triple Gold Reserve is the only blended Scotch that is produced involving a triple maturation process. The triple maturation process which involves Grain whiskies and Malt whiskies separately matured in American Bourbon Casks and then blended together and matured again in Oloroso Sherry Butts for an extra longer period of time to give the blend a distinctive flavor and a delicate finish. As per the consumer research conducted on the blend of TGR, it has been appreciated and accepted as a parallel to any 12 Y.O blended scotch.
Old Hobart Overeem Port Matured
Single malt whisky from Tasmania matured in a single French oak Port cask that's been chopped down to hold just 100 litres! This small cask size increases the speed of interaction between the wood, the liquid and the air, producing a more intense flavour.
Dalmore 12yr Malt Scotch

At a time when it was standard practise to mature whisky for no more than 6 years, Andrew Mackenzie demonstrated his pioneering character by doubling the maturation period. Matured for an initial nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the spirit is then divided for its final flourish. One half remains in the bourbon barrels, while the other is transferred to exclusive 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso sherry butts before they are reunited to create this phenomenal whisky.
Jim Beam Devil's Cut Bourbon
A devilish twist on Jim Beam's regular bourbon, blending their 6 year old whiskey with spirit extracted from the wood of the cask itself, where it's soaked in over the years of maturation. This gives us a robust and hefty bourbon with a nice added chunk of woody richness.
