Wisers Spiced Whisky
J.P. Wiser’s Spiced combines the award-winning, uncompromising taste of the Canadian whisky you know and love with a hint of spice. Part of One of Canada’s best-selling whisky family , it is a great-tasting, versatile whisky, perfect or pairing with your favourite cocktail. In the late-1800s, John Philip Wiser, or J.P. as he was fondly known, set out in Canada at a deliberate and steady pace to build a company that was known for its quality, craftsmanship, and premium products. So began a long tradition of Canadian whisky making. J.P. Wiser's ambition was simple - to produce the highest quality whisky that pleased the eye, nose, and tongue. Using only superior ingredients, he aged his whisky to distinction in premium white oak barrels - and over 150 years later, J.P. Wiser's whisky is still made using traditional recipes to ensure that the final product lives up to the standards set out by J.P. Wiser many generations ago.

Makers Mark Cask Strength Bourbon
Maker’s Mark Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight Bourbon with no-age-statement. The expression first had a soft release in 2014, followed by a global release in July 2016. Among the most widely known Bourbon whisky brands in America, Maker’s Mark prefer to use refer to their product as ‘whisky’ and not ‘whiskey’, which is the standard practice in America. Another interesting fact about Maker’s Mark is their use of Red Winter Wheat instead of Rye, which is another common practice in America not followed by the company. Redemption Rye’s goal is to bring back the classic American Rye cocktail. While the Federal law states that a whiskey must be 51% rye grain to be classified as a rye we chose to push our grain content to 95%. This not only pushes the flavor forward, it also magnifies the unique profile of the rye grains.
