Bulleit Straight Rye is a small-batch Rye whiskey that is considered to be a cult-classic among lovers of Rye whiskey. It is produced by the makers of Bulleit Bourbon, and is known to have one of the highest presence of Rye in their mash bill with very little malted barley and no corn.
The Dunbar Rare Old Whisky honors the place of his birth, on the River Spey in the town of Dunbar, Scotland. With imported malts of Scotland, and having been aged in oak for 5 years in Uruguay is a whiskey blend with optimum purity water, alcohols and a select handpicked distilled from grain to achieve the taste and character of the brand.Expert tasters focus on determining the right time to bottle the whiskey based on the aroma, fruity flavor and unmistakable smoky characteristic. Antiquity Blue Ultra Premium Whisky is a fine blend of imported vatted malt spirit from Scotland and double distilled in special copper pot-stills. The whisky has aromas of butter roasted whole nuts, lightly toasted grain, and white chocolate toffee. A pleasant sipper to serve on the rocks.
Elijah Craig was named for a reverend who lived in Virginia. He kept a warehouse where he stored barrels and one day experienced a devastating fire. He used the charred casks regardless and found they imparted a lovely character. This is a great 12 year old small batch bourbon, named in his honour.
An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker.Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. Perfect for those who perhaps find the classic Talisker flavour profile a bit too much, not to say that Talisker fans won't enjoy it too.
The Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak is a single malt Scotch whisky from the classic Speyside distillery. This expression is a part of the Sherry Oak series, which forms the newly restructured core-range by Macallan, one of the top three single malt Scotch distilleries of the world including The Glenlivet and Glenfiddich.
Long John Blended Scotch Whisky dates back to 1825 and was named in honour of John McDonald, a distiller of the time who was given the nickname Long John for being very tall and strong. Speaking of tall, this antique bottle of Long John blend from the 1960s is rather large indeed, holding 227cl of whisky. Long John Whisky is particularly popular in France. It dates back to the early 20th century, and is made at the Tormore distillery.
